VicUrban, Henley Properties and their subbies and suppliers are turning up the heat this Good Friday by offering a bonus pack of extras worth in excess of $30,000 with the auction of a two luxury house and land packages for the Royal Children’s Hospital.

The homes for auction on April 6 must sell on the day and are situated in ideal locations at VicUrban’s Tenterfield estate in Burnside Heights and Cairnlea estate in Cairnlea, with every dollar going directly to the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.

The super package of extras includes a contemporary outdoor furniture setting, colourbond fencing to sides and rear, front and backyard artificial grass, galvanised stainless steel freestanding BBQ, designer Oyster light fittings to the interior and exterior, remote control garage door, security flyscreens to all openable windows, stone letter box, outdoor feature pots to compliment landscaping, slimline powerpoints, and an upmarket kitchen pack.

Spokesperson Rob Palmer from Better Homes and Gardens said over 100 subbies and suppliers have joined with two major property industry giants to make a difference for sick kids.

“A truckload of big hearted tradies and suppliers have also donated their time and materials to the Appeal. We’ve got chippies, painters, plumbers, landscapers, you name it - all of these blokes have put blood, sweat and tears into getting the homes and site ready so that the kids can benefit from the money raised,” said Mr Palmer.

Over 28 homes have been donated since the start of the 14-year sponsorship, and Henley, their subbies and suppliers and partners like VicUrban have raised nearly $7 million. The proceeds of past Good Friday Appeals helped the Royal Children’s Hospital become one of the leading children’s hospitals in the world which is great news for all Victorians.

The home for auction at each estate is called ‘The Ascot’, one of Henley Properties Group’s most popular luxury homes. The stunning 42 square double storey designs feature 4 bedrooms, main bedroom with balcony access, WIR, ensuite with his and hers vanity units, tiled kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and glass splashback, split system heating an cooling, timber floors, tiles and carpets, 5 Star energy rating, double garage, landscaping including path to the front door, large outdoor alfresco dining area and driveway.
