Reach
The biggest barrier between a teenager and his or her goals is a lack of self believe and support. At Reach, specially trained crew of inspirational young leaders run workshops, weekends away and large scale events that help young people to connect with each other.

By creating an encouraging, supporting and stimulating environment, teenagers discover for themselves that they can do anything they set their minds to. It’s this personal discovery that makes the best teacher. Independent research shows Reach help young people improve self-esteem and gain a greater sense of control over their lives.

How has Henley helped?
In January 2007, Reach and The Henley Property Group developed a partnership focused on development of a residential property in Brighton. The property included a brand new, four bedroom luxury home at 7 Collins Street, Brighton. The home was been built by Henley and was auctioned by Hocking Stuart in October.

The auction was a huge success with the home selling for $2.92 Million dollars, with the net proceeds going straight to the Reach Foundation.

The second auction held on Saturday December 13th 2008 proved to not only test the current market conditions but also brought out some very keen people considering the day was blessed with wet, cold and windy conditions.

The successful bidder secured the beautiful Brighton property for $1.85 million and will move into the 4 bedroom luxury house with his family in February 2009.

It has been a pleasure to have once again worked with the amazing team at Reach who continues to give so much back to the youth community of Australia. Many thanks to Hocking Stuart who have again donated their time and services leading up to the auction, and on auction day.
